Bookings
Please add all your desired party hire items to your shopping cart and submit your booking. Bookings will be confirmed within 24 hours via written confirmation (email or text). Your booking is not confirmed until you receive this written confirmation.
Bookings can also be made by calling or texting us on the numbers above.
Payments
You can pay via bank deposit (before your event date) or cash on delivery/collecting your hire.
- Payments via bank transfer must clear before delivery or collection of your hire items.
- If not cleared, full payment in cash is required at the time of delivery or pickup of your hire.
Day Hire
- Day hire finishes at 4:00 PM for deliveries and 5:00 PM for customer returns.
- Hire beyond these hours will incur an overnight or after-hours fee.
Overnight & After-Hours Hire
- Overnight hire incurs an additional fee, up to $50.00 total, regardless of how many items are hired.
- Maximum overnight charge is a flat $50.00.
- All items need to be collected/returned by 10am the following day.
Security Bond & Photo ID
- A security bond (between $100.00–$200.00) is required for all items collected from our warehouse.
- A security bond may be needed with deliveries of hire items. This will be confirmed at the time of your booking.
- Bonds are refunded once all items are returned and inspected.
- A valid photo ID is required for all hire bookings.
Customer Cancellations
We understand that events may need to be cancelled due to illness or weather.
- If cancellation is made by 5:00 PM the day before your event, you may choose to:
- Reschedule your booking, or
- Receive a full refund.
- Once your hire items are delivered or collected unfortunately there is no refunds available.
Company Cancellations
Mornington Jumping Castles reserves the right to cancel any booking due to:
- Severe weather
- Unsafe or inaccessible event locations
- Lack of responsible adult supervision at the event
Delivery
- We offer delivery for all hire items. A delivery fee applies based on your location—quotes are provided after booking.
- Note: All commercial jumping castles must be delivered and installed by our team.
- Deliveries start at 7:00 AM and collections start from your nominated finish time.
- We guarantee delivery before your event start time.
- Please allow a 3-hour delivery window for private events, and a 2-hour window for venue/hall events.
Customer Pickup
- You may collect party hire items directly from our Mornington warehouse.
- Note: Commercial jumping castles cannot be collected—delivery is mandatory.
- You must ensure you have a suitable vehicle (e.g., Ute & trailer or large van).
- All pickups and returns are by appointment only.
Damage, Loss & Cleaning
- Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.
- Please return all equipment clean and notify us of any damage immediately.
- All items must be packed up exactly as you received them.
Jumping Castle Hire
- Our commercial castles are installed by qualified staff.
- Age restrictions and weight limits must be followed.
- Adult supervision is always required.
Soft Play, Toy Hire & Preschool Jumping Castles
- These items are for children strictly aged 5 and under only.
- Soft play must be set up indoors or undercover.
- Adult supervision is always required.
Safety Guidelines
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- No shoes, food, sharp objects, or face paint allowed on equipment.
- Equipment must not be used in wet or windy weather.
Insurance & Staff Checks
- Mornington Jumping Castles holds $10 million Public Liability Insurance.
- Compliance certificates available upon request.
- All staff have current Working With Children Checks (WWCC).
Setup & Access Requirements
- Please ensure your site is flat, clear, and accessible for delivery.
- Notify us in advance of:
- Stairs or steps
- Second-story setups
- If access is unsafe or presents a health hazard, we may be unable to deliver.
Travel Fees
- Travel fees are based on distance from our location.
- Quotes are available once your event location is confirmed.
